These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Oplier's business management platform ("Service"), operated by Oplier ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Oplier provides a cloud-based business operating system that includes modules for CRM, HR & Payroll, GST Billing, Accounting, Inventory Management, POS, Project Management, Support Ticketing, Contract Management, and related business functions. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@oplier.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization.
The Service is offered under paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Pricing is displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Founding Access members who lock in a specific price will retain that price as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all modules on the selected plan. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period, access to the platform will be restricted until a paid subscription is activated. Trial data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry, after which it may be permanently deleted.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service ("Customer Data"). We do not sell, share, or use your Customer Data for any purpose other than providing the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of operating the platform.
Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Active paid subscribers may export their data at any time in standard formats (CSV, PDF). Upon subscription cancellation or expiry, data export functionality remains available for 30 days. After this period, data may be permanently deleted. We are not responsible for data loss following account termination.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the Service excluding scheduled maintenance. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, force majeure events, or factors outside our reasonable control.
The Service, including all software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by Oplier and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
We treat your business data as confidential and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it. Our team members with access to Customer Data are bound by confidentiality obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oplier's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold Oplier harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your Customer Data.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
