Oplier is an all-in-one business management platform built for Indian SMEs. It bundles CRM, sales, inventory, finance, HR, projects, and helpdesk into a single cloud system, so you stop paying for and switching between five different tools.
Q: How is the early-bird ₹299 / user / month pricing different from regular pricing?
Our standard published pricing is ₹2,999 per user per month. The ₹299 / user / month early-bird price is locked in for the first 12 months for users who sign up before public launch. The price will not be raised on you mid-cycle.
Q: Is my business data safe on Oplier?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We run automated daily backups, role-based access control, and full audit logs. Your data lives in your own isolated tenant — we never share it across customers.
Q: Is Oplier GST-ready for Indian businesses?
Yes. Sales invoices, purchase invoices, e-way bill fields, GSTIN capture, and HSN/SAC handling are built-in. Reports are formatted to match GSTR filing needs.
Q: Can I import my existing customer, product, and invoice data?
Yes. You can import via CSV/Excel for customers, products, opening stock, vendors, and chart of accounts. Our team helps you map columns during onboarding at no extra cost.
Q: How long does setup take?
Most teams are live in 1–3 working days for core CRM + invoicing. Full deployment with HR, payroll, and inventory typically completes within 2 weeks, depending on the size of your team and data.
Q: Do you support multi-warehouse and multi-branch operations?
Yes. You can create unlimited warehouses, branches, and stock locations. Permissions are scoped so each location only sees its own data unless you allow cross-visibility.
Q: What about user roles and permissions?
Oplier supports role-based access control out of the box — Super Admin, Admin, Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, HR, etc. You can customize what each role can view, edit, or approve.
Q: Will I be charged for cancelling?
No cancellation fees, ever. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. We will export your data in CSV / SQL on request before account closure.
Q: What kind of support do I get?
All plans include email + in-app helpdesk. Scale plan customers also get dedicated WhatsApp support during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM IST) and onboarding assistance from our team.
Q: Do I need to install anything?
No. Oplier is 100% cloud-based. You only need a browser. Mobile apps are on the roadmap and will be free for paying customers when released.
Q: Can I add or remove users mid-month?
Yes. You can scale up or down anytime. Billing is prorated — you only pay for the days a user is active.
