Is there a free trial? +
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day full-feature trial. No credit card required to start. You only pay when you decide to keep using Oplier — and the 14 days reset the moment you choose a paid plan.
Can I switch plans later? +
Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, so you keep paid features until then.
Are GST invoices included? +
Always. Every Oplier subscription automatically generates a GST-compliant tax invoice for you to claim input credit. We support both Indian and international billing, and you can enter your GSTIN during signup or update it later from settings.
What payment methods do you accept? +
UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and NEFT — all handled securely through Razorpay. For annual plans, we can invoice for bank transfer directly. International customers can pay via card.
What happens to my data if I cancel? +
Your data is yours. Cancel anytime and we'll keep your account in read-only mode for 60 days so you can export everything — invoices, customers, employees, transactions, the lot — in standard formats (CSV, Excel, PDF). After 60 days, data is permanently deleted unless you request an extension.
Do you help with migration from Tally / Zoho / Excel? +
We support CSV import for items, customers, vendors, and opening balances. Need help migrating from Tally, Zoho, or Excel? Contact us and we'll assist you manually.
Is my data secure? +
Each Oplier account runs in an isolated environment with its own database. We use 256-bit SSL encryption in transit, daily encrypted backups, and Indian data residency. We never train AI models on your data. Period.
